Upon arrival, please use the front door entrance and call us for the front door code.
If you are arriving outside of normal check-in hours, please contact us in advance, so we can make arrangements to accommodate you. Early check-in and late check-out requests are subject to availability. We're happy to be flexible when possible!
Cancellation Policy:
​Cancellations made at least 48 hours prior to arrival receive a full refund. After that period, a fee equal to one night’s stay will be charged. No-shows will be charged for the full stay.
Children and Pets:
Due to the intimate nature of our B&B, we can only accommodate guests aged 7 and above. We also do not allow pets to ensure comfort for all our visitors.
Payment Methods:
We accept all major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard, AMEX) as well as cash. Contactless payment options like Apple Pay and Google Pay are also available for your convenience.
Smoking Policy:
Our B&B is a smoke-free property, including all indoor spaces and guest rooms. If guests smoke indoors, a $250 cleaning fee will be applied. We appreciate your understanding!
Damage and Loss:
Guests are responsible for any damage or loss caused to the property during their stay. If something gets damaged, please let us know so we can make it right without disruption to future guests.
Quiet Hours:
To maintain a peaceful environment, we ask that all guests respect quiet hours between 10:00 PM and 7:00 AM. This ensures a restful stay for everyone.
Parking:
Complimentary parking is available on-site for all our guests. Please let us know if you’ll be arriving with more than one vehicle so we can accommodate you.
